(The) deciding factor (to choose Chicago Cruises was the) availability, accessibility, flexibility in catering.

(The) most memorable/favorite part of (my) cruise experience (was the) 70 silent people in awe during the fireworks, we made it in perfect timing.

The Staff made everything very simple. The crew was courteous and friendly, made sure that the guests were at their most comfortable. It was a beautiful cruise and the dinner went without a hitch. The actual cruise on the river and lake is a fantastic way to see the city on a summer night. It was an amazing time for all the out of towners to enjoy such an amazing experience. Thank you!
